Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 60 years old, 2. ASA grading I~III., 3. Fasting = 8h, drinking = 2h, 4. Elective surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1, cyclopofol or propofol allergy, 2. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as history of heart failure, coronary heart disease), 3. Patients with severe hypertension (hypertension grade 3 blood pressure=180/110mmHg), 4. Psychiatric and neurological diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral trauma and cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial mass), 5. Long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants, inability to communicate or cooperate, 6.Hepatic and renal insufficiency.
