Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Agreed to undergo thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer, volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent; ? American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~II; ? Ages 18-70.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Congenital anatomical variation of trachea and bronchus; ? Severe obesity (BMI > 35 kg/m2); (3) ASA ? or higher level; ? Moderate to severe obstructive or restrictive ventilatory dysfunction; ? Cardiac insufficiency; 6 pregnancy; ?
