Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients suspected of hepatocellular carcinoma according to laboratory test and medical imaging, surgical resection is considered

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) patient received local regional therapy or systemic therapy(c)patient with any other malignancies within 5 years(d)the largest tumor diameter is small than 1 cm;(e)patient with contraindication of MRI exam?
