Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who can participate in the study must meet all of the following inclusion options:1.Aged 18-80;2.Uncertain or suspected pancreaticobiliary strictures;3.Suitable for and willing to undergo reuse of pancreaticobiliary microimaging catheter combined with confocal laser endomicroscopy and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography;4. Willing to follow the research procedures;5. Willing to sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any of the following symptoms will not be included in this study: 1.Subjects contraindicated with ERCP surgery; 2.Patients with known allergic diseases, decreased renal function or asthma as contraindications for fluorescein injection; 3.Allergic to fluorescein dye; 4.Patients with clotting disorders; 5. Emergency ERCP patients; 6.Pregnant or lactating women; 7.Duodenal papilla stenosis; 8.Other patients deemed unsuitable for study participation by the researchers, such as some patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma with high risk factors for infection.
