Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?according to the diagnostic criteria, always has clear diagnosis of all kinds of chronic disease patients;? aged 18 years old or above;? in a stable condition, clear consciousness, can communicate by words or language;?have the experience of searching for health information on the Internet;?informed consent and voluntary participation in this research project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?have severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, mental disorder, personality disorder, intelligence disorder, brain disease or cognitive and behavioral disorder;?hearing and visual impairment or other reasons can not cooperate to complete the study.
