Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (1) Age = 60 years. (2) Meeting the relevant diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2018), with stroke confirmed by cranial CT or MRI. (3) Conscious and self-expressive with fluent replies. (4) Anxiety score (HAMA score) =7. (5) depressed mood score (HAMD score) = 17 (6) Consent to follow-up intervention 3 months after discharge. (7) Those who lived in Guiyang city.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (1) Patients with severe neuropsychiatric disorders who are unable to complete the intervention. (2) Patients with coexisting critical organ dysfunction such as heart, liver and kidney (3) Patients with a pre-stroke diagnosis of anxiety and/or depression. 3 Exclusion criteria (1) Those who are unable to cooperate during the intervention to complete the intervention. (2) Patients who were unable to be contacted in time for follow-up or who were unable to come to the hospital for review; post-discharge health education interventions.
