Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults over the age of 18; (2) The chief complaint is dissatisfied with the quantity or quality of sleep, accompanied by 1 or more of the following related symptoms: (1) Difficulty falling asleep (2) Difficulty maintaining sleep, which is characterized by frequent awakenings or difficulty falling asleep after awakening (3) Wake up early and not fall asleep again (3) The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) is judged to be poor sleep quality. (4)BMI:18.5-23.9 kg/m2? (5) Know the intervention trial and be willing to accept the intervention plan and various test examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Participation in any clinical trial, diet and exercise intervention program in the past 3 months or at the same time. (2) Suffering from liver disease, renal failure, malignant tumor, mental illness, acute or chronic infection, inflammatory bowel disease or major chronic inflammatory disease, major surgery or cardiovascular event in the past 6 months, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. (3) Weight fluctuations in the past 6 months. (4) In a special state such as pregnancy and lactation. (5) Alcoholism. (6) Daily high caffeine intake.
