18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) of 20-35 kg/m2; 3. The functional status of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-III; 4. Primary unilateral total hip replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ankylosis of the hip joint; 2. Known allergy to the drugs used in this study; 3. History of opioid overdose; 4. There is a history of excessive drinking; 5. Cognitive impairment; 6. Mental illness; 7. Recognized neuromuscular disease; 8. History of previous hip open surgery; 9. The target hip has other neurological diseases; 10. Inability to communicate verbally.
