Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All subjects (patients) received or will receive liver biopsy.2.Age and gender are not limited.3.ALT is continuously normal.4. HBV DNA >30 IU/ml.5.No antiviral treatment before liver biopsy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women.2.Inability to cooperate in completing research or poor compliance.3.Co-infected with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV.4.Complicated with severe circulatory, nervous and immune system diseases.5.Autoimmune, alcoholic, drug - induced liver disease and other liver diseases.
