Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ICAS group: : (1) age between 18 and 85 years; (2) ICAS defined with intracranial artery stenosis (> 50% or occlusion) at Willis circle branch confirmed by magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) or computed tomography angiography (CTA); (3) modified Rankin score (mRS) = 1 (0 score means no symptoms, 6 score means death), which indicates no extra help is needed for daily life;AD group:possible or probable AD(2011 NIA-AA clinical diagnostic criteria);TLE group:temporal lobe epilepsy or in interictal phase;Healthy control group:no stenosis of intracranial or extracranial artery, Alzheimer's disease or temporal lobe epilepsy, no history of stroke or TIAno history of cognitive impairment, traumatic brain injury or brain tumors, etc
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: relative or absolute contraindications to MRI (e.g., metals in the body, claustrophobia, etc.) 2: history of intracranial aneurysm surgery and intracranial vascular stent implantation 3: serious heart, lung, liver, kidney or endocrine system diseases 4: The onset of cerebrovascular events was less than 3 months 5: pregnant 6: refusal to sign informed consent
