Eligibility
Sex/Gender

Age
18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 yearsold 2. can be diagnosed with stage II-III grade B-C periodontitis (according to the 2018 new classification ) 3. never having received any periodontal treatment 4. non-smoker 5. No systemic systemic disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have taken oral medications that may affect gingival texture. 2. Patients who are unable to undergo ultrasound examinations or who cannot be reviewed in a timely manner. 3. Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
