Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients undergoing elective hip replacement or knee replacement surgery, the anesthesia time is less than 6 hours; 2. 65=age <90 years old; 3. ASA IIII grade; 4. Ethical, voluntary subjects and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are complex injuries, such as multiple fractures, combined with trauma to the head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, etc.; 2. People with mental illness; 3. MMSE score lower than 24 points; 4. Unable to communicate normally, severe hearing or visual impairment, illiterate and illiterate; 5. Critically ill state (ASA>= IV grade), severe liver and kidney disease (Child-Pugh grade C or preoperative dialysis patients); 6. Those who are addicted to narcotic drugs; 7. Anesthesia for more than 6 hours, planned transfer to ICU, secondary surgery, or serious infection, etc.; 8. Those who are allergic to conventional anesthetics or have contraindications; 9. Patients who participated in other clinical studies during the same period.
