Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sensitive group:clinically diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer patients, no drugs was used, tumor tissue and peripheral blood were taken, and the sensitive group was set. Drug resistance group:clinically diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer patients, using chemotherapy treatment, after the disease progresses, tumor tissue and peripheral blood were taken, and the resistance group was set.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding congenital diseases or other diseases; Excluding patients with other treatments such as radiotherapy; Excluding the young and infirm patients.
