18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years, no gender restriction; 2. In line with the internationally recognized diagnostic criteria for TAO, the severer eye is in the mildly active stage of TAO; 3. Peripheral blood IL-17A concentration higher than 10 pg/ml; 4. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. Stomach ulcer, stomach bleeding, Crohn's disease or other autoimmune disease; 3. Diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, mental illness; 4. People with tuberculosis, HIV infection or AIDS; 5. Those who are allergic to secukinumab injection; 6. pregnant or breastfeeding; 7. Those who received radioactive iodine therapy and received hepatitis vaccine 3 months before enrollment; 8. Received systemic immunotherapy for TAO one month before enrollment, including oral or intravenous glucocorticoids, other immunosuppressants, and orbital radiotherapy, etc.; 9. Moderate to severe TAO.
