Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute liver failure (refer to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure 2018 edition) ; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. With relative/absolute contraindications to blood purification; 3. Immunosuppressed patients, such as HIV positive, long-term use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressive agents before admission, solid tumors or hematological malignancies receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4. The researchers judged that the subjects were not suitable for this study.
