Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Vital signs are stable, oxygen therapy can be temporarily stopped to complete sleep monitoring; 2. The diagnosis of rheumatic diseasesis is confirmed and the expert group decide to start glucocorticoids therapy; 3. Medical and human resources are available at that time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypoxia is too severe to stop oxygen therapy and unable to complete sleep monitoring; 2. Advanced stage of severe medical disease with limited survival time; 3. Significant psycho-neurological abnormalities and difficult to follow up; 4. Previously diagnosed OSA and be treated with CPAP; 5. Diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and have pacemaker implantation which is difficult to detect blood pressure and heart rate; 6. Previously recieved glucocorticoids therapy; 7. Medical history of tumor.
