Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Dec 2022 to Dec 2024 at the specialist infertility clinic of the Reproductive Medicine Center of Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children: 1. Female subjects agded 2-40 years; 2. First time IVF (IVF/ICSI); 3. Subjects who are willing to participate and comply with the protocol during the study period; 4. Subjects who have obtained informed consent prior to performing any procedure related to the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormalities, PGT cycles; 2. Congenital factors such as endometriosis, longitudinal uterus, unicornuate uterus, and cervical insufficiency; 3. Any contraindication to pregnancy and/or delivery; 4. Subjects with hypersensitivity to gonadotropin preparations; 5. Subjects with any medical condition that prohibits the use of gonadotropin preparations; 6. Patients with major disease comorbidities; 7. Patients with immunodeficiency/immunosuppression; 8. Patients with a history of psychiatric disorders have taken psychotropic treatment drugs; 9. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form for this study.
