20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CKD caused by various causes, regardless of whether patients have undergone renal transplantation; 2. Patients had clinical manifestations such as menorrhagia, prolonged menstruation, irregular vaginal bleeding, endometrial polyps or endometrial thickening, and were willing to place Mirena and able to cooperate with the study, with good compliance. Patients who do not present with these clinical symptoms should have undergone renal transplantation; 3. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. AUB caused by endometrial dysplasia and higher ranks of lesions, uterine submucosal myoma, cervical cancer, etc.; 2. There are contraindications for placing Mirena; 3. Complicated with major mental diseases, chronic liver diseases, chronic metabolic diseases such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes, etc., and unable to cooperate with treatment.
