Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient underwent hematology and MRI examination before hepatectomy (open hepatectomy/laparoscopic hepatectomy), and the medical records were complete; 2. Patient was diagnosed as primary liver cancer according to "the diagnosis and treatment specifications of primary liver cancer (2021 edition)". Postoperative pathology showed hepatocellular carcinoma, the surgical specimens were complete, pathological MVI related reports were obtained; 3. No hepatic artery/vein and portal vein invasion, and no intrahepatic or distant metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No hematology and MRI examination was performed in our hospital within 1 month before surgery; 2. Multiple lesions or great vascular invasion were suggested before operation; 3. Receiving other antitumor therapy before surgery; 4. MRI image artifacts are heavy and the imaging effect is poor ( If prognostic analysis is included,patients without R0 resection can be added).
