18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People who underwent total colonoscopy in gastroenteroscopy room; 2. Any of the following: (1) Gastrointestinal symptoms: any of the following gastrointestinal symptoms in the past month: 1) Change in defecation habits (constipation, diarrhea); 2) Change in stool characteristics (dry Stool, loose stool, character change); 3) Blood in stool or black stool, fecal occult blood Positive; 4) Abdominal pain; (2) Age: asymptomatic screening population over 50 years old; (3) Past and present medical history: patients with confirmed colorectal related diseases; (4) Family history: a family history of colorectal cancer; 3. Agreed to participate in this study and willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous diagnosis of malignant tumors other than colorectal cancer; 2. Received any of the following drug treatments within 1 month before sample collection: (1) Drugs used for the treatment of colorectal diseases (except for medical probiotic preparations only); (2) Antibiotics; (3) Laxatives; 3. Received surgical treatment in the past 3 months, including but not limited to intestinal polyps surgical excision; 4. People are pregnant or breastfeeding.
