Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 65 years, or aged >= 45 years with a history of coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial disease, or stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative combination of acute decompensated heart failure, sepsis, pulmonary embolism, atrial fibrillation or cardioversion.
