Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were diagnosed in the Bone Trauma Center of Yueyang Hospital; 2. Aged >= 50 years, male or female; 3. Physical examination will show tenderness or percussion pain at the fracture site, and kyphosis may be increased; 4. The plain film showed that the typical wedge-shaped malformation was consistent with the tenderness area found in physical examination; 5. MRI showed signs of fresh vertebral fracture; 6. The bone mineral density T value is <= -2.5 SD measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms and signs of mental diseases and neurological impairment; 2. Secondary fracture caused by bone tumors such as bone metastasis, multiple myeloma and other metabolic bone diseases such as hyperparathyroidism; 3. Patients with incomplete case data.
