Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who received cardiovascular surgery in Fuwai Hospital from September 1, 2022, to December 31, 2023, with blood loss greater than 500ml in 6 hours after surgery; 2. Patients agde >= 18 years; 3. Patients must meet both cardiovascular surgery and anesthesia criteria and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients were complicated with other heart, lung, and brain diseases, infections, clinically diagnosed severe liver and kidney insufficiency, clinically diagnosed abnormal coagulation function; patients can't cooperate with research, such as language comprehension, mental illness, etc.; 2. Patients whose blood is contaminated by gastrointestinal contents, digestive juices, urine, amniotic fluid, etc.; 3. Patients with sepsis or bacteremia; 4. Patients with malignant tumors whose blood may contain tumor cells; 5. Patients with open thoracic or abdominal injury for more than 4 hours or blood retention in the body cavity for more than 3 days; 6. Other reasons not considered suitable for inclusion in this study.
