Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient that plans to undertake caesarean section operation: 1. Aged 20-40 years; 2. ASA Class I or II; 3. Weight: 50-90 kg; 4. Gestational age: 37-42 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anaphylaxis to anticholinergics; 2. Use of analgesics and antiemetic drugs 24 hours before surgery; 3. Patients with a temperature over 38 degree C or symptoms of acute upper respiratory tract infection 24 hours before surgery; 4. Patients with a history of asthma; 5. Patients with pregnancy-related complications such as pregnancy-related hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy; 6. Patients with mental or neurological disorders or inability to express their wishes correctly; 7. Patients with other conditions that were not considered suitable for inclusion.
