RD4 group:1 ug/kg dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine epidural infusion
RD1 group:0.25 ug/kg dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine epidural infusion
RD2 group:0.5 ug/kg dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine epidural infusion
RD3 group:0.75 ug/kg dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine epidural infusion
ND group:Epidural infusion of ropivacaine combined with normal saline

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I or II; 2. Patients undergoing elective urological surgery; 3. Aged 18-65 years, no gender restrictions; 4. BMI 18.5-23.9 kg/m2; 5. Those who signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of spinal surgery or spinal deformity; 2. Bradycardia (heart rate < 55 beats/min); 3. Those who are allergic to dexmedetomidine injection and anesthetics; 4. Those who are contraindicated in spinal anesthesia; 5. Long-term use Analgesics, sedatives, depressants, adrenergic receptor antagonists and agonists; 6. Patients with insufficiency of heart, liver and kidney function; 7. Patients with lower extremity motor and hearing dysfunction.
