20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-45 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)grade I-III; 3. BMI 19-30 kg/m2; 4. All patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of spinal anesthesia; 2. The intraoperative blood loss exceeded 1000 ml; 3. Change anesthesia mode(General anesthesia with tracheal intubation); 4. Patients with mental illness or long-term use of analgsic or psychotropic drugs; 5. Hysterectomy; 6. Severe hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
