Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass in West China Hospital and West China Tianfu Hospital were eligible for participation if they met the following criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Undergoing elective cardiac surgery under CPB; 3. Written informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergent surgery; 2. Known renal artery stenosis or any other renal artery disease, renal malformation; 3. Complicated with severe renal insufficiency (preoperative dialysis, preoperative serum creatinine level >= 186 umol /L, preoperative GFR = 4 cm; 6. Pregnant woman; 7. There are any contraindications to the use of transesophageal echocardiography; 8. Failure to acquire ultrasonic image for any reason; 9. Incomplete clinical data that statistical analysis could not be completed; 10. Participate in other clinical studies conflicting with this study at the same time.
