18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. Elective unilateral breast cancer radical mastectomy under general anesthesia; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to serratus anterior muscle block (allergic to the anesthetics used in this study, severe coagulation abnormality, abnormal platelet count, infection at the puncture site, etc.) or patients who refuse to accept nerve block, morbidly obese (BMI > 40 kg/m2) and high-risk patients with malignant hyperthermia; 2. Those with a history of mental and neurological diseases, alcohol and drug abuse, and long-term use of opioids or tranquilizers; 3. Patients with abnormal heart, lung, liver and kidney function; 4. Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, preoperative chronic pain, preoperative chronic pain, neuromuscular disease, pregnancy and simultaneous bilateral surgery; 5. Patients who cannot cooperate with this study due to some reasons (such as deafness, blindness, language and communication barriers, etc.).
