Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Receiving ECMO treatment; 2. ECMO support treatment time >= 48 hours; 3. No signs of infection (such as clinical manifestations and specimen culture) before ECMO support treatment; 4. Aged >=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received ECMO treatment in other hospitals before this treatment; 2. Patients who were weaned or left the hospital without medical advice or died within 48 hours after ECMO support treatment; 3. Missing important data.
