Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients (male or female) have a clinical diagnosis of localized scleroderma by two attending dermatologists; 2. Patients are either new or discontinued systemic treatment for localized scleroderma for at least three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-consent to participate in research during the informed consent process; 2. Suffering from photosensitive diseases or using medications that increase photosensitivity; 3. Patients ongoing or have a history of serious illness(coronary heart disease, pulmonary embolism, cerebrovascular accident, etc.); 4. Active cutaneous bacterial skin infections or herpes simplex (cold sores) in the area to be treated; 5. Pregnancy, planned pregnancy, or lactation patients; 6. Patients with a tendency to form keloid and hypertrophic scars.
