Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From December 2014 to June 2022, the patients who were diagnosed with acute Stanford A aortic dissection and undertaken total aortic arch replacement surgeries in The Xijing Hospital; 2. Patients who signed the informed consent form for preoperative brain EIT monitoring and conducted brain electrical impedance tomography monitoring data collection throughout the Total Aortic Arch Replacement Surgery; 3. Diagnosed with acute Stanford type A aortic dissection, aged 18-75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with traumatic brain injury; Patients with wounds or acute inflammation of the brain; 2. History of brain surgery; Patients with metal insertions in the brain or skull; 3. Patients have preoperative examination for cerebrovascular malformations; Those with old or new cerebral infarction before surgery; Preoperative examination for the presence of brain tumors; 4. Dissection with pregnancy; 5. Drug or alcohol addiction; 6. Allergy to electrode material; 7. For other reasons, researchers deemed unsuitable as subjects.
