Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <= 18 years; 2. Patients with fever, cough and other prodromal symptoms of viral infection in the early stage, and those who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Medical Journal "Diagnostic recommendation for myocarditis in children (version 2018)" at the later stage; 3. Control group: healthy children who have normal health checkup without virus infection predrome and myocarditis; 4. Informed consent was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other cardiovascular diseases; 2. Patients with severe diseases of hematopoietic system; 3. Patients with rheumatic myocarditis in the past : 4. Patients with hyperthyroidism in the past; 5. Cardiomyopathy caused by toxic factors, drug factors and other pathogens.
