Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects: 1. With normal or mild worn dentition; 2. No acute inflammation or pain in the mouth; 3. No loose or missing teeth; 4. No discomfort in temporomandibular joint or muscles, normal opening range and jaw movements. Patients: 1. With severe worn dentition; 2. No acute inflammation or pain in the mouth; 3. No loose teeth; 4. No missing teeth or only a few missing units; 5. No discomfort in temporomandibular joint or muscles, normal opening range and jaw movement, in line with the indications for full-mouth reconstruction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Healthy subjects: 1. With instable jaw position, poor reproducibility; 2. With obvious malocclusion deformity or abnormal occlusal curve; 3. Receiving orthodontic treatment; 4. Poor compliance. Patients: 1. With instable jaw position, poor reproducibility, cannot obtain stable jaw position even after the treatment with stabilization splint; 2. With obvious malocclusion deformity or abnormal occlusal curve, impossible to directly conduct full-mouth reconstruction; 3. With severe defected lower anterior teeth, cannot contact with the positioning plate; 4. Poor compliance.
