Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with urinary calculi undergoing rigid ureteroscopic and soft ureteroscopic lithotripsy; 2. Normal renal function; 3. Aged 18-70 years; 4. Taking antiplatelet drugs regularly (antiplatelet drug group), e.g., Clopidogrel, Aspirin, Ticagrelor, Dipyridamole, Cilostazol, Indobufen; 5. Taking anticoagulant drugs regularly (anticoagulant group), e.g., Warfarin, Dabigatran, Rivaroxaban, Edoxaban.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Solitary kidney; 2. Previous history of renal transplantation or urinary tract diversion; 3. Pongenital malformation of urinary system; 4. Abnormal coagulation mechanism due to blood system disease, liver disease, etc.; 5. Severe heart or lung disease, malignant tumor and immunodeficiency.
