Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with herpes zoster (HZ) neuralgia (acute HZ neuralgia and PHN) between January 2021 and May 2022 in our pain clinic; 2. NRS >= 4; 3 Refractory to medication; 4. Spinal nerve affected by HZ neuralgia; 5. Receiving bipolar high-voltage pulsed radiofrequency (PRF) on the dorsal root ganglions (DRGs) under fluoroscopic guidance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancers; 2. Systemic immune diseases; 3. Lost to follow-up; 4. Receiving continuous epidural injection, spinal cord stimulation or PRF Within 6 months after PRF.
