Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index: BMI >= 28 kg/m^2; 2. Aged 18-60 years; 3. ASA: Grade II to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with serious mental illness; 2. Patients with serious cardiopulmonary, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney diseases; 3. Immune system or neuromuscular diseases; 4. Unable to cooperate or complete the study questionnaire; 5. Allergic to the drugs used in the study.
