18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as pancreatic cancer by pathology; 2. The disease stage is locally advanced; 3. Aged 18-75 years; 4. KPS score >= 70; 5. The expected survival time of patients was <= 1 year; 6. The underlying health conditions of the patients were well controlled; 7. Patients required periodic chemotherapy; 8. Patient have sufficient information and understanding before making decisions about their medical care.; 9. Patients volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had major organ dysfunction, abnormal results in blood routine examination, liver function and/or cardiopulmonary function before treatment; 2. Patients received chemotherapy, radiotherapy and biological therapy within 3 weeks; 3. Patients have mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4. Patients did not have enough energy or physical strength to complete the questionnaire.
