18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, male or female; 2. Non Hodgkin's lymphoma was confirmed by histopathology and immunohistochemical staining, and no systemic LYMPHOPOIETIC tissue or other system involvement was found after strict physical examination and auxiliary examination, so it was definitely diagnosed as primary central nervous system lymphoma; 3. Complete remission was assessed by PET-CT after chemotherapy; 4. Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is not possible or planned; 5. The subjects read and fully understood the patient's instructions and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to BTKi; 2. Combined with other malignant tumors; 3. Severe cardiac insufficiency, liver insufficiency or renal insufficiency; 4. Severe arrhythmia; 5. Female pregnancy or lactation; 6. Those who have recently participated in other clinical trials; 7. Other major diseases or mental disorders; 8. Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or other drugs are planned.
