Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In line with the clinical diagnostic criteria of TSC formulated by the International TSC Consensus Conference in 2012, patients of all ages who meet 2 main features or 1 main feature plus 2 secondary features can be diagnosed with tuberous sclerosis complex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to participate in the research; 2. Combined with other serious congenital malformations, heart, liver, kidney, pulmonary insufficiency caused by other reasons and other serious diseases; 3. Patients with incomplete clinical and imaging data related to the primary outcome due to various factors.
