18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. Patients undergoing orthotopic liver transplantation (including living donor liver transplantation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hepatopulmonary syndrome; 2. Combined liver and kidney transplantation; 3. Transfusion volume over 8000 ml; 4. No hepatic phase more than 90 minutes; 5. Patients who died unexpectedly during the operation are excluded; 6. Hypermagnesia; 7. Hypothyroidism.
