20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 150 patients with LDH; 2. Aged 20-75 years; 3. According to clinical symptoms, signs and CT/MRI examination in line with LDH diagnostic criteria; 4. The protrusion is located in a single segmental spinal canal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis; 2. History of open lumbar surgery; 3. With mental illness or poor communication skills; 4. Combined with serious complications of important organs; 5. Other uncooperative and unwilling participants in the experiment.
