Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to ICU and received mechanical ventilation, mechanical ventilation > 48 h, had the ability of spontaneous breathing, ventilator parameters PEEP < 10 cmH2O,FiO2 < 60%; 2. The patient met all the indications of expectoration machine: (1) Muscle atrophy or weakness with cough insufficiency, such as myasthenia gravis, ACQUIRED weakness in ICU, etc.; (2) Neurological abnormalities that cause muscle weakness, such as spinal cord injury And so on; (3) Respiratory diseases caused by cough dysfunction, such as lung infection, bronchiectasis, etc.; 3. Aged at least 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious heart disease (heart function up to grade IV accompanied by history of atrial fibrillation, acute myocardial infarction, etc.); 2. Patients with pneumothorax, bullae of lung and air pressure injury; 3. Patients with hemorrhagic diseases or abnormal coagulation mechanism with bleeding tendency; 4. The patient had severe multiple organ failure; 5. Percutaneous oxygen saturation (SpO2) decreased by > 5% or SpO2 < 90% after 30 seconds of wetness during mechanical ventilation; 6. Patients and their families do not agree to participate in this study.
