Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was confirmed as adenoma by colonoscopy and intestinal mucosa biopsy; 2. Complete resection of adenoma under microscope; 3. Aged 18-75 years (including 18 and 75); 4. The patient voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids or immunomodulatory therapy were used within 12 weeks; 2. Accompanied with serious cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine and other system diseases; 3. Patients with familial polyposis or CRC; 4. Pregnant or lactating women and patients with mental diseases; 5. Patients with infection and fever within 12 weeks; 6. 12 Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 12 weeks.
