Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 3-14 years; 2. The fracture was treated with closed reduction and percutaneous Kirschner wire fixation; 3. Subjects voluntarily join the study: sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic, relapsing inflammatory skin diseases; 2. Open fractures; 3. Fracture requiring open reduction; 4. Combined neurological or vascular injury requiring repair or exploration; 5. Combined severe vital organ and brain damage; 6. Suffering from a chronic idiopathic disease (diabetes); 7. Allergy to test drug.
