Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Joint Transition Statement of the International Diabetes Union Pandemic Prevention Working Group 2009 (joint interim statement, JIS): 1. Increased waist circumference: Chinese men >= 85 cm and women >= 80 cm; 2. TG >= 1.7mmol/L, or had received treatment; 3. HDL-C decreased: 130 mmHg and/or DBP > 85mmHg, or diagnosed and treated; 5. Elevated FPG: FPG > 5.6 mmol/L, or diagnosed and treated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High-risk unstable angina pectoris, leading to hemodynamic unstable arrhythmias, high atrioventricular block; 2. Severe aortic coarctation, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, pulmonary embolism, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, infection; 3. Liver and kidney insufficiency, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 4. Musculoskeletal diseases, nervous system diseases; 5. Diseases of the blood system, malignancies; 6. The disabled, can't partner.
