18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are diagnosed with hematological malignancy; 2. Aged 18-55 years; 3. No mental disorder; 4. Gad-7 score is 5 or above / PHQ-9 score is 5 or above; 5. Primary school education level or above, literate; 6. Clear consciousness, normal hearing and verbal expression ability; 7. To own a smartphone and be able to use it well; 8. To sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The mother tongue is not Chinese; 2. Visual acuity or corrected visual acuity < 1.0; 3. A history or family history of mental illness; 4. Have any mental or physical problems affecting participation in the experiment; 5. Expected life expectancy < 3 months; 6. Conventional treatment will end in 2 weeks.
