Interventions

Remazolam group:Remifentanil was given 0.1-0.4ug/kg/min for analgesia and 0.3mg/kg/h for sedation
Propofol group:Remifentanil 0.1-0.4ug/kg/min for analgesia and propofol 1mg/kg/h for sedation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After entering the ICU, the patients were given basic treatment such as maintaining circulation and respiratory support, and were given sedation and analgesia in time after being diagnosed with cardiac insufficiency; 2. Aged > 18 years; 3. Acute cardiac insufficiency or acute exacerbation of chronic cardiac insufficiency, NYHA grade III-IV; 4. Sedation and analgesia after admission to ICU are expected to be more than 6h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No sedation and analgesia; 2. Those who are allergic to the study drug; 3. Cases lost to follow-up shall be excluded.
