Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No age or gender limitation; 2. Diagnostic criteria: according to the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines of Chinese Medical Association, Infectious Diseases Volume (December 2006, People's Medical Publishing House): (1) Acute onset; (2) Epidemiology: Eating uncooked seafood or drinking contaminated water in hepatitis E endemic areas before the onset of the disease; (3) Main symptoms: fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, oil aversion, abdominal distension, liver pain, urine color, jaundice, a few can be accompanied by fever; (4) Main signs: yellow staining of skin and sclera, large liver, soft texture, sharp edges, tenderness and tapping pain; (5) Etiology: Hepatitis E virus (HEV) related tests were positive, in which the positive blood or stool HEV-RNA (+) was of diagnostic significance, and the positive anti-HEV-igm and/or anti-HEV-igg (+) were of reference value; (6) Other causes of acute liver injury caused by hepatitis A virus, other hepatotropic viruses such as cytomegalovirus and drugs were excluded; According to the above criteria (1)~(4), (6) and positive anti-HEV-IgM (+), clinical diagnosis can be made. Positive blood or stool HEV-RNA (+) can confirm the diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete clinical data; 2. Patients with mental disorders or other serious diseases.
