Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients who needed arterial catheterization, aged <= 2 years old, ASA status I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of the guardians; 2. Infection or hematoma of puncture site; 3. History of recently radical puncture; 4. Peripheral arterial disease; 5. Unstable vital signs.
