Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery are expected to have a pneumoperitoneum duration of 1-3 hours; 2. Age: 18 to 65 years old; 3. The ASA classification is I-III; 4. BMI < 30 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pulmonary diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, etc.; 2. Respiratory tract infection within 14 days; 3. History of pulmonary surgery; 4. Quit smoking for less than 14 days; 5. Have received invasive mechanical ventilation within 30 days; 6. Spinal or thoracic deformity; 7. Severe heart disease (heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, severe arrhythmia).
